This same thing happened to my girlfriend Sharpei Diesel on Friday,at Pet smart. He's short haired ,went in for nail trim and bath, came out with "cut up face, and feet. WTF,and she paid them?????....these "professionals" need to be accountable. If nothing else, this type of expierience is traumatizing for them,to say the least. Now ,wait until you try to take them to the next groomer, even if it's new, the're gonna put up a stink...not fair to new groomer either. Trust is earned. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this B.S. Let us know what the outcome is. I agree, take picture, and write every detail down now, while it's fresh in your head. Good Luck. | I dont think I would call the people at petsmart professionals AT ALL, I know you dont have to have any experience to work at our petsmart its on the job training... I would NEVER use our petsmart, they are all young girls and boys who really dont look to enthused at what they are doing! |
