I have never had a female vomit after birth but I would suggest you give her nutrical and pedialyte. What kind of food was she on prior to having puppies? I always feed mine canned Pedigree Lamb and Rice Puppy food mixed with their dry food. She may have a bacterial infection in her stomach. Did she eat any afterbirth? Hopefully the IV fluids will help her. I will say a pray for you little girl.

Rosiegirl, canned pumpkin is just for diarrhea or constipation, it works for both.
