so you have a pet yard? Crate training isn't leave her in the crate all day- it's when you are home and you put her in there for short periods of time and then take her outside to potty and then reward her. Right now she is in her crate for a few hours and has no choice but to pee in it because she is way too young to hold it. I think you need to bring the pet yard back in and put pee pads down- and even with that- she is going to take a while to get the hang of potty training- she is still quite young.
