She's sounds traumatized. I was going to suggest that you put them in a pen together and watch them closely but that doen't sound like such a good idea if she is acting that way. For now make sure they are plenty warm and get try to get some puppy milk from the store. I hope someone else comes by with more experience but it sounds like you may have to raise pups by yourself if she doesn't get the hang of this. Sorry, i am sure this is not what you expected to happen. Contact your vet and let him know what's happening asap. They may have suggestions for you.
