I heard the state of Conneticut was out of money... I don't know if it's true or not, but I submitted my taxes early this year and got my full refund already deposited, thank goodness!!! I pre-paid for a cruise on a credit card the day I filed my taxes, so I would have been REALLY screwed if I didnt get my refund! I am so sorry to hear about everyone else though! I couldn't imagine!
