I would not give the turkey and bacon canned because it is way too high in fat (36%) in my opinion.

I see no problem feeding mostly or all canned. Canned affecting teeth isn't realy backed by good science. Some owners do report better teeth on kibble though. Whatever you use, her teeth need to be brushed. Ellie eats homecooked (all wet) and her teeth are okay. Most vets have a problem with all canned though.

High protein food is a major area of debate. It has never been shown to cause kidney problems but not all dogs seem to do well on it. It may bbe that high protein foods also have a high fat content. I personally prefer moderate protein foods and lower fat foods.
