Sorry I can't help you out much. But-I do give mine Wellness kibble and they free feed t/o the day. Once a day-usually in morning I will give them canned-Wellness, Evanger's. I am not an ingredient guru-but they do look good to me. And not real sure on the high protein either. Some say it is no problem and some say otherwise.
