Ok this might sound gross, but we have a problem...I'm not sure if this is normal for puppies....We have three 5 week old puppies and when they poop it gets stuck in the anal hole and then dries....I have been cleaning it with water and then making sure everything is dry so they don't get consipated I can tell that it hurts them because they cry after it's clean the anal is swollen red and puffy....Am I doing everything I should be doing?? Is there anything I shouldn't? Any suggestions?? Are our dogs the old ones with this problem?
