Hi Patty and fellow dog owners! - This is Rob from Mednet. Sorry your expectations weren't met with our pads. Many repeat customers who use our pads are quite satisfied with the value they provide. We try to do our best to convey exactly the type of pad we provide, and have even recently posted a video on our puppy pad page that shows our pads in action. It's true there are other "thicker" pads on the market, however, in the long run our "thin" pads with 300 pads per case do in fact save customers money - thats why they keep coming back! Sorry again they didn't work out for you. Feel free to pm us any time.
