It would be easy enough to tear down if it was outside... though it would be nice if you could get neighbors of the store to put the fliers up in their windows.
I've heard of some people decorating their car with fliers and parking in front of the store in legal public parking. I always thought that idea was pretty brilliant-- they can't tow you if you're parked at a city meter in front of the store and if all the fliers are in the car, nobody is able to pull them down.
