Yes, I have the Pet Loo.....I even tried putting pads on it, real grass, different fake grass, but she wouldn't go on it. I'd place her on it and the top part moves with her weight on it...all 3 lbs of her, and she'd freeze on it. I'll try and find the link I found on how to make one with plastic tubs. I saw it online somewhere.....
