They puppies spoke for themselves with out having any papers. Yorkies go for $1000 to $1500 easy here in pet shops. They not only didn't look like Yorkies (but they had papers), they looked sick and just ragged.
So for me, papers didn't mean anything. My puppies were in perfect health and so was their parents. After seeing both, all six parties that bought my puppies had no questions about not having papers. I even spoke to one women the next day and she said she would have paid ~$1000 for the puppy she just got from me and also would have wanted to buy the dad if we were selling him. |
to you the papers don't mean anything but to a buyer they just might. It's good to read that your puppies were in perfect health. We are just stating our opinions. As a breeder you have every right to ask what you want for them. And as a buyer, people can look elsewhere to breeder that not only has healthy pups but papers as well.
Of course the petshop puppies looked sick...do a search and you'll find lots of information posted about them here.
If you're going to provide service (puppy) for a potential buyer, be ready to have them ask for papers. If you are not able to sell your puppies to a YT member then by all means advertise in your local paper. Your puppies will sell themselves to people that are able to see them.
