Barney was neutered before the age of 6 months(was at the breeders req)...He has never "marked"...To be truthful, I don't think he would even know..He does wear a belly band and he does have the occasional accident...But blame that more on me than him....I mean the accidents are by the backdoor...Poor dining room carpet..lol
