I have a male and a female. They have the same dad too but different moms. I had my male 1st. He really enjoyed having a new addition but he was only 3 months old when we got her. I think when the dogs are a little older it takes an adjustment period. I would just try to introduce them in aneutral area and let them get aquainted. Dont try to force anything.
