I can understand that there are some circumstances that would warrent rehoming because of a child. If one of my dogs bit one of the kids, they would be rehomed to someone with the strict requirment that they would not bring children around them. I could not ever keep a dog that bites, what kind of mother would that make me? But I have heard of people getting rid of their pets because they are having a baby, and unless that dog hates children, I cannot understand why someone would do that.
Here is a picture of Kiana with 3 of our doggies. We just got home and laid her on the couch because she was sleeping, and Lilly, Diesel, and Cleo missed her so much they had to snuggle her right away.
