Is the area you have for her and the pups where everyone else is. Sounds to me she is looking to move them to somewhere quite and out of the way. You may want to put her in a room by herself with the puppies for awhile,I put my girls in a room with just their puppies, so they don't have to worry about other things. Hope this helps
