i just checked the paper yesterday to see if the prices have changed since i got toby and they havent
the cheapest yorkie in there was 1000, (granted that one was AKC) but there was another in the pennysaver for 900 that didnt have papers.... i feel i was lucky when i got toby, (i got him for 500 without papers)
