No I don't trim it. I work with it and put it where it is suppose to go. Don't know if that is right are not but it is working.
The yukky stuff I use Angel eyes and it works great. Plus freash water daily and keeping there hair pulled up in top knots. This all I do. But I will keep watching to see what everybody else says.
