 Canned fruit
I've been giving my 2 a teaspoon of cottage cheese for a mid day snack with a little of the lite syrup from canned fruit and some of the fruit cut up and mixed into the cheese. The amount of the fruit that I have given is equal to 1/2 of a slice of peach in canned peach slices.
Is canned fruit okay or is there still too much sugar? I just starting doing this and they seem to devour it up. Thanks. |
