Mine hate the wet and the cold! I tried the booties....they looked so cute...but they DID NOT LIKE THEM AND COULD HARDLY WALK! So, I just make them go...if it's raining, I do put their raincoats with hoods on....they do like that. I saw somewhere they now have umbrellas that are low for them, kinda' like upside down umbrellas, but the material part is faced the right way so the rain doesn't get them. I think maybe you can take an umbrella, remove the handle put the handle on the other way. You are all probably confused, sorry, but it's hard to explain! Good luck!
