My Royal is almost 2 yrs old and just recently started panting and shaking at the same time. He was in the back seat of my car about two weeks ago and out of nowhere he started behaving this way. I kinda freaked out, got him home and he went pee. But now, everytime I put him in the car, he does this (and I know he doesn't have to tinkle) Does anyone know what happened for him to be behaving like this? He seems to hate the car now
