I don't post much,but I've been following along and praying for Yoshi's safe return too. I wanted to ask a couple of questions:
1) Is there a local T.V. station with a reporter who covers scams, abuse of power etc? If so it couldn't hurt to call and describe how the P.D. treated you.
2) What about contacting your local paper and let them know the same thing, have pics of Yoshi ready, the voicemail and follow-up response from the little witch & how the P.D. treated you!
3) My daughter also suggested putting up flyers at laundromats in the area, she says that she reads flyers all the time while doing her laundry...
