I don't buy the harnesses, what I just ordered is the harness dress. This one lady makes dresses/etc very reasonable and does not charge s&h. I just ordered a little harness dress yesterday, so should be here next week. If you want to try one of those, go to

go to the dresses, I think she has a red wrap around harness dress($10) and the one I got goes over the head(dress) and it's got skulls on it. I can't wait to get mine so I can take this little one out on a walk
