If your fliers are getting ruined do to the weather, I have a suggestion for big intersections.

This is what I did to help find a lost yorkie of someone near me. I bought bright yellow poster board - the big stuff - I think it 2 for a $1 at Dollar Tree. I cut those in 2 - so for a $1, I got 4 big posters. Then write in a big FAT Sharpie - black; I tried Red, but it really ended up being harder to read. Once you have everything written - Lost Yorkie, Reward, phone number -- then use clear seran wrap to wrap the entire poster board. This really helps - they can be readable when people are sitting at light & they are much more likely to survive a storm. I carried a staple gun and clear packing tape. Metal poles are hard to tape to - wooden light poles are great with the staple gun
