Thanks so much! I'm totally biased but I think she's adorable. That said I'm going to guess that this bag would be fine for your baby. I don't think a dog much bigger would fit comfortably but I think a 7 pounder would fit fine. That said there are measurements online of the bag and you can measure you baby and see how it compares. (When I did that I saw the small would be wayyyyy to short for her and either just her size or just smaller than her size length wise. So that made the decision for me.)
