Oh Mary.....I know this is driving you insane. You are on the right track.....doing everything possible!! You were treated awful by whoever was respresenting the PD that day.
Try again & let them know what you've found with this person living so close to the turnpike where yorkie was spotted as updated from other caller. Don't let one rude PD representative speak for all. They caught you off guard that day......who would have 'ever' thought you'd be treated so rudely @such an emotional time. I would demand help from PD for someone to accompany you there to inquire about Yoshi.
