Yep, I lost the weight using weight watchers online. I was really, really super determined though. I had a wake up moment one day, and I think I would have lost the weight regardless of how I decided to do it. I do feel that WW is a fantastic program though, and seeing as I've been on maintenance for 2 yrs now, it really is something that you can stick with long term. Good Luck to you!
