I had a police officer try to bully me like this once when my debit card was stolen and $900 in charges were deducted from my account-- she kept saying things like "well, do you KNOW the card was stolen and you didn't just drop it?" I couldn't even believe that they were trying to make me into the at fault person when somebody had taken my debit card and charged $900 to it.
Sometimes the police need a kick in the rear, and I think you definitely have grounds to do so if they are trying to blow you off when you need help to recover something valuable that was probably stolen. |
i admit yes he was originally lost...and maybe someone found him. But if they are in fact intending to keep him wouldn't that be some sort of theft in a way....because he doesn't belong to them...and i am doing all i can to try and find him...i dunno...i am beyond lost
