 We're Back From The Vet.
I just got home from the vet. It was not her hip it is her knee. The vet diagnosed her with a Luxating Patella. At this point he is reccomending being conservative and watching but if it is ongoing for the next two weeks his reccomendation then will be surgery to repair it. He has done the surgery but not a lot and he said that the Orthos do them everyday so his reccomendation would be a referal to an ortho. He said that it moves freely in and out. She is not in any pain and today is running around and seems very happy and content in no distress. I'll keep everyone posted and thank you all so much. It was a very rough night. Elaine |
