Default Does ethoxyquin (E) dissipate when heated?

I ask this question because I know alot of YTer's have tried to stay away from food that contain E but it seems that one has to do alot of digging to uncover the truth about E and foods that contain it.

Below is a website by Iams that states that "E remains stable at high temperatures". While Natural Balance claims that "by the law of the US Coast Guard all fish meal transported must contain E" but this is okay because "once it is heated during processing it dissipates," so which is it?
