Copper started coughing this week and I took him to the vet. They are treating him for Kennel Cough again. He had it a few weeks ago and it cleared up...Vet said his lungs are clear and no fever. He said that he hasn't had any cases of the flu yet, but that he wanted to treat Copper with antiobiotics and not take any chances of it developing any secondary infections.
Now I am worried about this little guy. I read several articles when I got home, and it doesn't seem to be as bad as they make it out to be. Hope my little guy just has kennel cough and that nothing else develops. Let me know if you see any other articles that might be of interest in this dog flu stuff.
