well what i do.
i have the cam set up on the dogs.
-i signed up for
USTREAM.TV: LIVE VIDEO Streaming, Free Video Chat Rooms. Watch Shows & Broadcast Live TV, stream videos, web podcasts. Live streaming videos and webcam chat
-log in on it at the computer that is connected to the cam and start broadcasting the stream.
-get the URL of the stream and write it down IE

- type the url in on the browser and there they are.
