Max is almost 2. It took us almost a year to potty train him but he does not mark in the house. Both of mine (girl & boy) potty outside, if given the chance, but mostly use potty pads. Both will mark outside when they go for walks but I think that is a natural thing for them to do. Max was neutered at approximately 7 months old. We waited for his teeth to come in so that everything could be done at the same time.
