My biewer boy(he will be 4 in June) was 5 1/2 mos old when I got him on a Sunday, I took him in the next day to be neutered, and he has never lifted his leg in the house. He does't even lift it to pee on his pad, he just stands in the middle of the pad and goes. Now, if he's outside playing, he loves running up to his "favorite" bush or a tree and showing off, and even then he doesn't lift it very high. When he comes back in to the house, it's standing on the pee pad all over again.
My Mom has always taken her dogs outside to go to the bathroom, and I can say, none of her dogs, males or females, have ever marked in anyone elses homes, they' are very well mannered
Now my sons 1 1/2 year old yorkie is BAD. He's got a pee pad in the house, and he pees everywhere there and here. When he comes to my house, on goes the belly band. They have my little girl yorkie also, and I had her trained very well before they got her, so she always goes to the pee pad, but, they both go to school and work full time and never had the time to properly pee pad train the little guy
