I always knew he was smart, but he just proved how smart he really is!

When he was younger (like 6 months or so) no one was home and hubby was working night shift. He was about to leave for work and that would have left me and Chip alone... well we heard a noise that I told Adam to check out before he leaves... it sounded like something fell or whatever and no one else was in the house. Well, he opened the door to the bedroom and Chip bolted out, before Adam could get to the top step, Chip was already down the steps. He went and sniffed in every nook and cranny, then proceeded to the basement, not stopping for anything... he checked everything downstairs, then went all the way back to the top level and went in all the rooms in there, then he went and sat in our bedroom doorway when he was done checking. We just followed him in amazement.

Chip may be 6.5 lbs, but he sure doesn't know it!
