When Bentley is falling asleep in my lap he does the strangest thing. If my lap is covered in a fuzzy blanket, he holds a corner of the blanket in his mouth and then with his front paws, he "kneads" the blanket, kind of like what a cat does when they are trying to make their spot. Its so cute to watch him but i wonder why he does this. is this similar to their behavior when they are nursing?

i have a video of him doing it but i wouldnt be able to figure out how to upload it if my life depended on it but if you can picture him lying on his side with the blanket in his teeth and kinda "pushing" the blanket with his front paws...why does he do this?? could it just be a comfort thing?
