Since you mention it seems to be her....it could be legg perthes disease. This is degenerative bone disease where the hip bone holding the socket wears away. It's surgurically repaired....a new hip socket is fashioned out of a ligment to hold the leg in place. Biggest symptom for this is suddenly lameness or limping...
Baby aspirin is 80 mg...the dosage for a dog it 5mg per pound.
