So again I ask please send this to people to know who might be able to help him out.
I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS A SCAM. I cannot be 100% sure but I do not think so. |
How can a shelter be national? Are they using the name shelter instead of rescue?
I am wondering if they have been in existence for so long why they do not have a 501c3...not that it makes them legit. It just seems odd to me. I see that they have a spay/neuter clinic. So...they may very well be legit. I just am not understanding exactly what they do....do they have foster homes in various states? They don't say where each dog is.
