And btw, I am *not* in any way bashing Indiana - it's just that the subject of the Grabers came up in the Indiana Thread - and now folks can see for themselves. And how about the "Rabers" w/ the same PO Box....very odd. |
This is a very interesting point, and on the thread discussing the Indiana Bill everyone was asking why does Indiana need laws or a commercial breeder list since the USDA already has one. This might be one of the reasons.
I do not think that just because someone is commercial breeder, you should automatically think, puppy mill, but it would mean that you should visit the kennels in person, and if that's not possible, I would avoid the breeder.
