^LOL I've done the same thing. It just tastes like peppermint.
At times I've wanted to use it on myself for awhile to see if it does as great of job on humans as it does dogs.

I love the results of this product, and am sure it's really safe. You use hardly any at one time. In over a year, I've used about half the bottle.
