I'm not sure you are aware of this type of scam we have been seeing here in the US (not saying your one of them) so when someone posts a free dog, then wants money to fly the dog here and if anyone sends money, they never hear from that person again.
Panama is full of wonderful people, and I'm sure you won't have any problems finding this boy a perfect home there.
