Hi Everyone
We have just brought Marcie and MoJo home from the vet. They were spayed and neutered, plus Marcie still had some baby teeth that needed to be extracted. They are both sleeping in separate kennels right now. How should we start feeding this evening? They had pain medication just before coming home, so no pain med until tomorrow. Marcie's suture line is clean, MoJo didn't need sutures.
Should we just let them decide when they want to eat and drink? Let them sleep...... they were wide awake and responsive at the vet's office so I'm not worried about letting them sleep. They were awake until we let them settle down in their kennels in the living room with the TV on.
We have written instructions with us. We just want to know what to expect.
