I so understand that frustration. First and only professional grooming Reggie had...I expicitly said 5 times...do not cut the hair on his head, I had PICTURES, she wrote it down. And when I went to pick him up....she'd cut him bangs and shaved his nose.
I was beyond mad...and she knew it. She also lost my business...
