Since your friend already has the puppy and loves it so much, I think the best thing you could do is support her in taking the best of care of it and help her learn along the way. Don't make her feel like her little dog is worthless and tell her what a huge mistake she has made. maybe she didn't. As far as papers, if she isn't going to breed, it doesn't make a difference. If the puppy is healthy, what more could she ask. Would I buy a dog like this/ never in a million years but please try to not make your friend feel horrible. nagging at her now won't help. maybe you could help her learn for the next time. i have a feeling the little pup means the world to her and you could really hurt her feelings unless you tread softly. |
