Sylvan parakeets are good birds we used to raise them and sell them to the pet store. They are very smart ours would be let out of their cages everyday they loved it they always came over and sat with us they can bite very hard though and draw blood, make sure you get a little one and not an adult. They are messy also like to throw food out of the dishes.We haad them for 6 years, easy to reproduce also if the conditions are right, we had the 3 colored parakeets.(yellow blue and green) |
