Please be very careful with the tube feeding. If you are not experienced it can go into his lungs and kill him. I don't know much about it but do know my brother had to do this with a couple of kittens and unfortuanetly one did not make it. Just my oppinion but I would try hard to get him to eat the wet food so as to avoid the tube feeding. If he will eat the wet food, and he will drink water you can add the puppy milk into a bowl which essentially will do the same for him as feeding him with a bottle or tube would do.
