We too had an non-traditional wedding. We just got our house so I wanted to get married in the backyard. It was the worst summer we ever had, it rained every weekend that summer. It rained the Friday before the wedding and the Sunday after, but that Saturday mourning of my wedding the sun came out and it was beautiful. The only Saturday that whole summer it didn't rain. (I think some of my guests wished that they didn't have to go to a wedding)
