Default Nursing mom eating questions.

Ok, so My 5 1/2 yorkie had a litter of 8 sat night, all went well with the delivery and all the puppies came out alive, and are doing great( i think and hope). The next day she started acting a little funny and had a fever of 103.5. So i took her to the vet and and they found 3 placentas still stuck inside her and did surgery to get them out and also spayed her while she was under. Since then she has not been eating or drinking. I use a dropper to feed her water and have tried just about everything to get her to eat with no luck. She doesn't even want chicken. she will eat 3 or 4 small bites and then try and hide the rest. I am worried about her milk supply.. We have been bottle feeding the puppies some because we are not sure they are getting enough if any at all. They are constintly suckling on her, so i'm assuming there is milk in there. How do i know she has milk, and anyone have any suggestions on getting her to eat?
