(I see that mom was AKC and dad was IBC, so I'm just wondering how their registration with CKC compared to their reg w/ the other KCs and how the pups would have to be registered.)

the mom is akc and ckc registered.. the dad is ibc and ckc reg ... they are reg as yorkies...biewers are also yorkies...but, mine are just extra special.
