I tried to switch Winston to a prescription diet food that he was not too crazy about. I tried mixing them, he'd pick them out and leave them on the floor...he never did take to them...when that's all there was in his bowl, he just wouldn't eat. So we are back to his old food again, which he consistently eats, but he's gaining weight like crazy...eats like he's starving, which we know he's not. But on the other hand he's doing very well keeping his blood sugar up and he's been seizure free for 6 weeks. So, for that I am thankful...knock on wood!!! |
Winston, you gotta eat da good fud! My mama gotted me some Wellness cause my vet said I can hab it now and it will save her some time and money and since she's gonna be gone for awhile, she won't hab to worry about my food while she's gone.
Winston, don't hab anymore seizures Otay! I habn't had one for months now. Well, some little bitty ones, but no big ones wike before. We gota get all better huh? And remember I towd you before, don't get fat or you can't run to Wisconsin to bisit me!
